Failed my family terribly.
Two people showed up at my farm with no notice or warning or even identifying themselves properly and without an adult around, started asking my child personal questions. When I asked out the window who they were they just said they were here to ask questions, again not identifying themselves. I asked them to leave and they kept trying to ask my son questions. I finally had to make my child come in the house and threaten to release the guard dog to get them to leave. They had no right to come here like that and harass, bully... read more
One of the guys told me to Never park their vehicles in the empty lot and was extremely confrontational. Unfortunate that there are such jerks working for this organization. Also purposely called the bylaw officers and attempts to verbally assault and confront people. It's an empty lot man, Have some common sense.
NEOFACS has helped me so much! They have personally taken me to the doctors to help deal with my mental health they have held onto meds for me during hard times. This agency is truly amazing. For the others reviews they are that farthest from the truth. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated.
