This company was assigned to me when I had new windows installed. I was contacted by ecoPlus for the first assessment. Easy to schedule. I waited 3 weeks for the evaluation file and had to constantly contact them to get the report. I now need a post retrofit assessment and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Calling, leaving messages and emailing has gotten me nowhere. And yet, it is very easy to get a hold of other energy audit companies. Not happy.
I have been trying for over a year now to get them to properly manage my Greener Homes file with Enbridge. They have said that I should have no problems getting the rebate. 15 months after the work was completed and Enbridge is still saying that my energy assesor hasn't submitted the final documentation. So I wasted over $600 by hiring this company
