Unprofessional and disappointing. Booked an appointment with the owner's son, great guy on the phone. Showed up for the tire install, only to be turned away from the father because I didn’t buy the tires from them. I even offered to pay more. Total waste of time. If this is how they treat customers, don’t bother.
