Likely insurance fraud, bounced refund checks, absentee owner and staff. My vehicle was dropped off on 10/16/2023 for a straight forward collision repair. Come 12/5/2023 after about a dozen delays and excuses I found the shop hadn’t performed any work from the insurance estimate. I also found the shop misrepresented work billed to Allstate (billed Allstate for new hood, tried to pass off bondo repair). This is really a zero star review. I was involved in a collision and brought my damaged Camry to ServicePro Collision Center of Fremont back in April of 2023 for repairs. After receiving payment from my insurance, they began work. Around August 2023, I stopped by the shop to check on the progress because they kept delaying when the car would be ready and I was tired of it. These guys are the best! They’re my go to for any car mods. I’ve had 2 front splitters and a rear diffuser installed by them and they do a fantastic job each time. Special shout out to Jay and Ronaldo for bearing with me and helping me out anytime I call or go in.
Had some minor bumper damage repair fixed quick and looking new again. Highly recommend this shop for any kind of car damage.
