I called a carpet cleaning company that we used in the past to see if they could get rid of the matting of our carpet left by this company. (We didn't use that company this time because they charge more, & we are retirees. It is SO true, you only get what you pay for.) The lady said the cleaner mostly likely used too much soap & didn't get it out of the carpet. She said she doesn't like to down other companies, but this guy did a shoddy job. That's true. We hired them to clean a rental after a move-out, and we were facing some tough carpet stains that we were sure would require replacement. Dear man, you are lying. I never told you we had hard, spikes in other carpets that we had cleaned. I told you that we NEVER had such a thing. I told you that we had residual matting one time because we had Scotchgard applied, the polymers you mentioned in your low moisture method, & we didn't want that. Great results. I can certainly see the difference. The solution has a nice smell that isn’t overwhelming. Troy was professional and patient in explaining the process. I will use him for carpet again and plan to use him for my tile and grout soon.
