They say they're open 24 hours but don't waste your time. We had a furnace emergency around noon on Sunday before a -16c night. Their phone system gave us the run-around (their regular and emergency numbers go to the same voicemail - exact same recording and phone system options on both numbers), their chat system didn't respond and we didn't hear anything back until 8am. We first called for a maintenance work, and the team was really upfront with all the issues my AC unit had. I knew about it, so it was about time to get a replacement.
