After a miscommunication left our technician Mitchell to arrive without the appropriate part, he went over and above to track down a part and get it to us late in the day; even though it was the eve of a holiday! Excellent service!

ServicePlus was fabulous. Matt Hall was my technician. He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Customer service was friendly, helpful and quick to pick up. (However, if you do end up on hold for a minute, the music is sure to put a smile on your face.) I highly recommend ServicePlus and Matt Hall as your technician. You can't go wrong.
