ServicePlus was fabulous. Matt Hall was my technician. He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Customer service was friendly, helpful and quick to pick up. (However, if you do end up on hold for a minute, the music is sure to put a smile on your face.) I highly recommend ServicePlus and Matt Hall as your technician. You can't go wrong. See you for my next fireplace service. A+ all the way.

On Friday we had a visit from ServicePlus heating and cooling to look at our air conditioning unit as it quit cooling. We were super impressed with the technician (Matt) that came out to diagnose the problem. He not only told us the issue, he presented us with options for every budget.
