Had a problem a few week ago and was very happy with all aspects of the service. Unfortunately a week later another problem occurred, as is often the case with an old furnace, you fix one thing only to have something else go. You are then left with two choices, pouring money into an old machine or replacing it, I chose the later. The guys took the time to do it right, and the new furnace looks and runs great! I epically appreciated the peace of mind when talking price with Andrew and his line "that's all in no surprises"

Annual service completed this week. On time, provide lots of details on the service completed and not pushy about upgrading.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Called them up with a problem and they where there the same day. The problem was an intermittent one, they are the hardest one's to trouble shoot. They had to sit there an run the furnace and patiently wait till the fault occurred, which they did. As someone with a technical background I was impressed with their skill. The price ended up being less than I thought it would be, I'm a very satisfied customer.
Great experience from start to finish using the greener homes grant for a new heat pump / furnace combo. Just wished Chad would turn my furnace back on after annual maintenance haha
