Always a pleasant experience. I just wish they actually made appointments for oil changes and winter tire swaps (tires are already on rims).
They did a good job but left their garbage in my car. That is just not acceptable.
I just want to touch base on the lack of respect and customer service the woman at the receptionist desk has. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a negative experience with her. She has ZERO people skills or compassion for anyone around her. She really brings down the overall visit. I feel bad for anyone that would have to interact with her on a daily basis. Have nothing but rave reviews about this company..the receptionist Crystal is Awesome..very helpful and polite...always willing to accommodate you. The technicians are thorough and communicate exactly what is needed with your car..there are no hidden fees ..you know exactly what you have to pay. I Have had Great Customer Service from the moment I walk in the door till the moment I leave. Highly recommend.
