Bought a car from Automaxx and had warranty work done here. Quick, friendly service. Also had a few oil changes done here. Very fast and accommodating. Staff at the front counter are super helpful and pleasant to deal with
Always a pleasant experience. I just wish they actually made appointments for oil changes and winter tire swaps (tires are already on rims).
They did a good job but left their garbage in my car. That is just not acceptable.
I just want to touch base on the lack of respect and customer service the woman at the receptionist desk has. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a negative experience with her. She has ZERO people skills or compassion for anyone around her. She really brings down the overall visit. I feel bad for anyone that would have to interact with her on a daily basis.
