I just want to touch base on the lack of respect and customer service the woman at the receptionist desk has. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a negative experience with her. She has ZERO people skills or compassion for anyone around her. She really brings down the overall visit. I feel bad for anyone that would have to interact with her on a daily basis. Have nothing but rave reviews about this company..the receptionist Crystal is Awesome..very helpful and polite...always willing to accommodate you. The technicians are thorough and communicate exactly what is needed with your car..there are no hidden fees ..you know exactly what you have to pay. I Have had Great Customer Service from the moment I walk in the door till the moment I leave. Highly recommend.

Good Morning. Just a quick shout out to Greg, Chrystal, Brad and all the Staff there for another great service experience at Service Maxx yesterday. My issue this time was for my AC and having made an appointment beforehand they were very prompt in taking me in on time and resolving my issue. The receptions is not very cheerful and has no people skills at all. Very rude on the phone. She needs to be more polite and when you go to a business you wanna see happy face not a crab face.
