During the move of my washing machine and dryer,to the storage,the tops have been damaged. I was promised that they will order new tops.Nothing happened.After 4+ months I called many times, talked to the folks who answer the phones,left messages.Nothing. It's sad, considering how much they changed my insurance. My insurance did pick them out.I expected them to keep their promise. I guess that's on me
