I was left very disappointed and misled with ServiceMaster Trifecta out of Hendersonville, TN. I experienced a loss from a Tornado. My insurance company called ServiceMaster in to deck and tarp my roof damage and to remove wet insulation, carpet, etc. and dry the interior. The first red flag that caused me concern, I was billed over $5,000 for 500 sq. ft. of 3/4 CDX Plywood and tarping but what they installed was 1/2 inch OSB. This started out as one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Until new management took over. Since new management was taken over all the guys including myself was demoted back to tech level/ entry level and told we had to start over and that we we're worth making leads before new management I was acting lead running job and receiving glowing reviews.
