I hired ServiceMaster for mitigation and restoration in Nov 2019. Within 2 months the new laminate flooring was coming up. After trying for months to have them rectify the situation I requested in September that I be reimbursed so I can hire a knowledgeable company to rip it up and put in new flooring properly. They have not responded to any communication from me. I have resorted to hiring an attorney.
I used the folks at ServiceMaster to get our utility area cleaned due to water leakage from the water heater and sewer (due to a broken ejector pump). The team came in provided me suggestions, and both cleaned and sanitized the area. They also suggested that I replace my carpet padding. Their advice was on point, and I got the padding replaced. I highly recommend using them. My only suggestion would be to talk through things with them so that there is no misunderstanding as there are multiple ways to clean and sanitize.
If I could give this Service Master 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. We had the pleasure of having General Manger Michael and the team of Jose,Terry and Eddy work on our basement yesterday. We moved in and it has not been cleaned in over 7.5 years. It was filthy. We were shocked at how SPOTLESS it was after they came in and deep cleaned.
