We had a basement flood, requiring quite a bit of drying, drywall tear down, etc. This company was recommended by our insurance, so we had them come out for our self-pay work. The work was done well, with some minor, minor blips. (Nothing that would scare me away from calling this crew back for other jobs) When we got the bill, we had a few disputes and are handling that currently. The star of my review is Karrie. Dave Clark and his team went above and beyond and quite possibly saved our carpets after part of our basement got significant water. Great communication and extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Service Master cleaned our carpets beautifully! We had a couple of spots that I pointed out before the cleaning. I knew what they were and they spot treated them and then cleaned the rugs. Adrian and Ezekiel were so nice and friendly as they took care of the job! We love Service Master! They are best carpet cleaners and restoration company!

I had Service Master come in and do a final cleanup of a family residence to get it ready to be put on the market for sale. They did a very nice job and the house looks great! Would certainly use them again!
