ServiceMaster came out very promptly and did a great job in removing parts of our water damaged walls and wood floor. The team was very competent and routinely checked in to see how the drying process was proceeding. However, it took multiple phone calls over two weeks to have someone come out to give us a quote to restore the damaged areas. I would recommend ServiceMaster of Aurora in your time of need !!! Another non ServiceMaster company did the initial tarping of the roof of my house after a major fire. We had ServiceMaster come in before our family Christmas party. We have sensitive people in our family so it MATTERED that we use our usual ServiceMaster person, Gabe. He and another associate were keenly aware of the need to deep clean our two sofas' fabric as well as an area rug. Work was efficient, quick and mess-free. Thanks to ServiceMaster we had one giant worry erased. No one had any reactions! Well done. Well done. Well done!
