I have had them out twice in the last year. The first time was to clean up after a hot water heater blew out. They were here after hours to get things cleaned up and ran fans for about a week. Fantastic and unexpected service. The second time was a week ago to clean carpets in 3 rooms and 2 large sectional couches. We have 3 cats so there is fur everywhere. When a pipe burst and flooded our finished basement on a holiday weekend, Mr. Higdon at Servicemaster responded promptly. He gave very good advice and his work saved us. On top of that, his kindness made the challenging situation much easier to bear. We recommend him highly.
I had a house fire. Service master cleaned all our salvageable furnature. The entire house had to be gutted. They removed all the plaster, lath, carpet, cabinets, and burnt items. They were awesome! Very friendly! Zero smoke smell remains
