I requested the manager’s email during the call, but the lady who answered informed me that she couldn’t provide any contact information. I was quite surprised by her tone and found her response to be rather unprofessional.
I am writing this review for an employee who I believe is no longer working with this company. Her name was CC and I believe she was one of the managers at my job. She handled all of the cleaning and delegation with the cleaners. She was so helpful, kind, and outgoing. She has a wonderful personality and everyone I worked with loved seeing her on shift! I haven't seen her around as im pretty sure we have gone down different paths recently, but I very much valued her work ethic and willingness to help.
ServiceMasters cleaned 2 rooms: one with a white carpet that had so many stains but looked brand new after their cleaning. And a large rug, looks and smells super clean !! They were professional, timely and a great value !!! Highly recommend them!
DJ and his crew did a great job cleaning our carpet. We would definitely use them again.
"I have to share my experience with ServiceMaster Clean! I was planning to replace the carpet upstairs because it had seen better days, but the timing just wasn’t right. Instead, I decided to give carpet cleaning a try—and I’m so glad I did! ServiceMaster Clean did an absolutely fantastic job. My carpets look so much better than I ever expected, and it saved me the hassle and expense of replacing them for now. If your carpets need a refresh, I highly recommend giving them a call.
