Very considerate to our needs during a tough time. Service representatives were always kind and professional.
The representative I’ve been working with, is apparently overwhelmed with his position. I attempt to contact him with negative results. So he’s either over worked or ignoring my calls and messages.either way I give them on star because of my ignorance for not inquiring about how detailed their work is supposed to be, and the lack of communication with their representative. Blond litterbug doesnt know how to park.
Had water damage to living and bedroom. They left gaps in the floor, now I’m listening to a rat chew my walls. They left a mess. Did more damage then there was. Put holes in wall trying to take off trim. Left mud on my walls. Left tile pieces in my grass ran it over with the lawn mower. Workers cussed were loud left there glasses water bottles and shirt behind. Over all terrible company.
