Horrible experience, they lost my items that they took for restoration and disposed of everything without trying to restore them or consulting with myself or my insurance company. The communication is basically non existent as well so horrible customer service.

After first speaking to the owner in regard to what my restoration looked like I had a great feeling. As the work was being done in my washroom (I only have one) it just kept getting worse and worse. The company Pro Trades who did the plumbing again started off great. We had a whole pluming issue in the crawl space. They removed the sub floor as planned. There was a lot of work to do.
