This company needs to rectify all its issues and then be dissolved. Poor communication, no follow-ups, and no accountability, one star is too kind, and Google needs to allow zero stars. Requests to have the project manager come look at the horrible job their company and contractors have done, which is still incomplete, have gone unanswered. They seem to flush their issues to the next when they themselves are the main contractors of the project. Service Master is a scam. Run away from this and if your insurance company assigns this company to do your restoration, tell them to change it. They just delay and wont do the job, only collect money.
The worst communication /organization ever.No way were all the workers trades people.Terrible work still waiting for stuff to be returned after 6 months I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever nothing was done right
