I had the pleasure of speaking with Dustin from ServiceMaster Toronto North York. He was incredibly honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. I appreciated his knowledge and gave me clear advice on the best way to handle my situation. He was approachable, professional, and went above and beyond which is so important when potentially dealing with a crisis. his guidance really restored my faith in the service industry. Highly recommend working with these guys!

My family and I were pleased with the first rate service provided by service master. It was incredible how fast they acted when I reported the water damage that I sustained in my home. The final restoration result was more than I could have asked for. I would highly recommend service master if you ever suffer from water damage.

We had an insurance claim for a flood restoration in our basement .. Service Master was outstanding in service, efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work. (our insurance provider had first used an alternate company--- that had to be let go due to inappropriate conduct and poor work practices)... Once Service Master was involved... they did 4x the work in 1 day and all follow-up was consistent, reliable and in a timely manner - really appreciated them taking the stress out of it all and helping!
