After a random pipe leak and ensuing basement flood, the initial stress was quickly replaced with a sense of calm and faith in the contractors who showed up to assess the damage. Sam Sturino was kind and reassuring as an assessor, then incredibly responsive and effective as the project manager/contractor. Nicki and the other phone receptionists were always responsive, trustworthy, and quick to get me a reply when I had a question. We had a catastrophic water leak which caused us to leave our home for approx 6 months. Firstly, I want to thank the team at ServiceMaster for the expedient, efficient service to complete the initial cleanup and then the complete restore back previous to our damage. Once ServiceMaster was contacted they had a team of 20 onsite within 2-3 hrs over a weekend and they worked through the night to stop further damage.
