Had the worst experience with them. We called them on Saturday Aug 2nd regarding water damage. And Chris said they will come as per priorities. Which is understandable. We called them on Tuesday again as they told us ours is not an emergency. But they never showed up. Phoned them back Tuesday evening and they assured me they will come and check as soon as they can. Servicemaster handled the repairs involved when our water heater failed. Dealt with several different crews from demo, drywall, paint and finish work, all were outstanding. Lots of open communication as to the process and the stages things were at, which made the whole ordeal seem less stressful. I would highly recommend Servicemaster to anyone in need of there services. Maurice Schapansky
