Had the worst experience with them. We called them on Saturday Aug 2nd regarding water damage. And Chris said they will come as per priorities. Which is understandable. We called them on Tuesday again as they told us ours is not an emergency. But they never showed up. Phoned them back Tuesday evening and they assured me they will come and check as soon as they can.
