Was just a terrible experience. Basically nothing was done and was a waste of money. Please do not waste your time with this crap.

Threw out a working washing machine for a minor plumbing problem elsewhere and a dryer that could have been repaired plus a guitar amp that was not damaged and then put a large box over an expensive guitar not in a case and put another guitar in an unsafe location at the top of a stack of some other boxes that was also not in a case. Watch them like hawks. Better yet, don't even call them. I bet they sell your stuff or keep it. We even suspect they work for the police, collecting records and documents.
