We had a leak coming into the master bedroom (in the basement , window under the deck), which was quite an involved repair, the bedroom window had to be removed all surrounding woodwork renewed, the patio doors removed also and some of the deck and stairs taken out to replace ledger boards. All in all it was quite a job, Howard and Blair did a first class job.

Well they started out excellent, but now they seem to be allergic to money , my insurance paid them for emergency repair , which they started within a day , and now they wont even call me back after leaving 3 voicemails aswell as my wife leaving messages , they sure did rip my basement up fast but cutting it back together would be nice . Or you know a actual reply to a phone call . Wpuld suffice .

July 2025 our property was unfortunately struck by lightning. The damage to our home, barn and water wells was extensive. Once our insurance company approved Service Master to attend our home, we immediately felt we were going to be cared for and get our home back to its previous condition.
