Needed to empty and renovate/clean a property in order to prepare it to sell. Nick and his team were very quick to start the work and had everything done in a few weeks. Really happy with the turnaround time and the work done! The house sold very quickly and I credit that to how good it looked once everything was completed. Really happy with the results and experience overall!
We had a drain line on the dishwasher ware a hole from rubbing on the flood causing a flood in the kitchen and ceiling down stairs. After going through the insurance, Service Master took over the problem and organized all the repairs. They kept me informed as to each step they took and when they would be coming to the house. I appreciate the professionalism they showed and would recommend them to anybody else requiring their type of service.
Update ***** Nick made it right ********** After wind damage to my roof, I hired this contractor through my insurance company. They sent a roofer to tarp the area, but a few days later, more shingles came off. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the roofer never returned. With rain on the way, this lack of follow-up resulted in additional interior damage to my home. We had our toilet overflow in our upstairs main bathroom into a large portion of our finished basement. Travis, Farley and there crew where on site within an hour of it happening to assess the damage and come up with a clean up and restoration plan and walk us through the insurance process and where great at answering all of our questions. The service master crew was excellent, super professional and did great work in restoring our basement. I would highly recommend service master for all your restoration needs!
