The 2 generous stars are for the initial response about 8 weeks ago when a water heater pipe burst. After that it went down, down, down bad. They dropped the ball on scheduling for weeks, despite our follow-ups; they failed to update something internally despite our phone calls. Their equipment caused more damage to our house, which they sent someone out to fix promptly-ish. The inital work they were sent to do has not been completed. They drive around like jerks
We had a pretty major water break on thanksgiving day and they wasted no time on coming over to extract the water so we had no further problems, they were very knowledgeable and customer service was amazing, we were out of state when it happened. They stayed in contact with us the whole time, called to say when they were coming and called when they locked the house and left. Needless to say I would recommend them for service.
