Andrew phoned me to schedule a service call after a severe storm caused flooding in our basement. He came to assess the damage even though I shared that we didn’t have insurance and would likely do the repairs ourselves. He was personable and professional. Andrew thoroughly checked the space affected by the water and gave suggestions on how to ensure the water didn’t cause any further problems. Last week our sump pump failed which led to flooding in our finished basement. In 2 days the ServiceMaster team responded and showed up for 8 hours on Sunday to remove carpet and vinyl flooring...amazing work and very quick response knowing many other homes had similar issues (high demand). I would like to thank Dayana, Cesar, Angel and Luis for their excellent work in starting our restoration. I would highly recommend this business and the St. Catharine's team. Great job!!

From start to finish, Servicemaster was an amazing company to work with. Kind, courteous, and professional. Always making sure Things were cleaned up and stuff put back in place
