I recently experienced a kitchen fire in my home and my insurer, Intact, directed me to a restoration company. However, I advised that I wanted to engage ServiceMaster (SM)given a previous experience with them and their reputation. The team starting with Ian and then Collin and then, and the whole team from the gentlemen that came and removed all the wet drywall, flooring, pulled apart my kitchen. They were so clean and neat and took care with my belongings when emptying my kitchen. Then when it came time to put things back together Puneed the kitchen specialist was fantastic explaining how they were going to rebuild my one lower , as he assured me that, as my kitchen was was custom that he would be able to rebuild the lower that was so damaged. We had a flood March 1, 2025 and Service Master did the removal and will complete the restoration. Every employee we have dealt with so far has been exceptional. Providing prompt, professional and courteous service, they left our home in a livable condition until the restoration starts in a few weeks. Highly recommend them! 5⭐️
