My mother in law called us saying her hot water heater had been leaking and her basement was flooded. We arrived to look at. I google searched cleanup company's and Service Master Moose Jaw came up showing 24/7 service. I called at 8:45 pm and got someone. I explained what was going. The person said I suppose you want someone out tonight. I said yes, and then was told he didn't think he could find anyone and could be out between 9-10 am tomorrow, and then stated that it was clean water and would be fine till tomorrow. If I could give them a zero I would !! In a years time they spent approx 2 weeks in my home tore it apart , left the subcontractors at a stand still , caused even more damage in my home then bailed just pulled out leaving me to start over I think they thought I would just go away but myself and my insurance company made them responsible to pay me out damages !!! There unprofessionalism is bad very bad stay as far away as you can
