Very helpful in keeping me informed of status of restoration process
Company is designed to rip off your insurance. They stack people and equipment beyond needed to rack up a bill basically. They will hire about anyone (it's a chain) it's a horrible business model that can easily leave customers in a worse spot.
Called and made an appointment and no one called or showed up. Pretty sad can’t get a call or text. Can anyone recommend anyone place that will show up or update you?
The crew at Servicemaster was helpful, professional and very friendly from start to finish. We have many animals and they were accommodating and respectful with them all. The work was timely and professional. I don’t want to forget to thank Shannon in the office for navigating the insurance payment bureaucracy! We are very satisfied customers. Thanks ServiceMaster and we will definitely refer you to others.
We are currently working with Service Master, so far so good! We feel heard, respected, and like we have support going through this tragedy. In full transparency a couple things have been broken but like with any moving company I look at that is par for the course. They do aim to take extreme care and are very attentive to us as a client. I will add a more extensive review after this process is over. X
