I discovered a leak in the roof of my house after the recent snowstorms. Chris, Frank and Johnny have gone above and beyond in helping me get the issue addressed. I would definitely recommend service master to my friends and family in the future.

My name is Lyna and live in Pointe-Claire Quebec. We were victims of the flood of a few weeks ago (as many were). My insurance company referred me to Servicemaster. Christopher Ward, Project Manager, reached out to me on the same day I reached out to my insurance company. Chris came over right away and was very understanding in our issue and took our situation very serious. He took pictures and took time to explain what the next steps will be. Well where do I start. We had a flood in our basement from a water main break on our street . What a disaster, you can’t even think straight. Service master to the rescue!! Tim is amazing from the moment you open your door his heart was in it , he helped ease your pain right away and let you know what was going to happen . He did a great job . When leaving for the day he made sure he let you know what was going to happen the next day. Thank you Tim and the crew for making us feel at ease right from the start.
