called for an emergency water leak coming through my flooring. said they could come the next day when i spoke to them around 6pm, then i received this text message in the morning. use any other company. DKI Proserve showed up within 10 minutes of calling them and stopped the leak.
Insurance was screwing me around recent flood. Service master helped not just with insurance but tips and tricks to help repair my flooded basement. Next disaster I have I'm asking for service master !
