If I could honestly give them a negative rating I would. I have been affected by flood since January 2025 which affected both of the bathrooms in my home. Meanwhile, I have been living in the home during construction and renovation. Initially things were going well, however, 6 months later the job still isn’t done, shower is leaking on both corners, constructions debris all over, walls partially painted, furnace issues and carpet was never cleaned. Seriously!! These people were amazing and kind and so helpful . First our home flooded in a freak flash flood last year... . They came and were so efficient and took care of everything and did everything from clean up to renovation in a very professional manner. THEN !! We had a very big mess left by a tenant in our rental unit.( like unbelievable bio hazard mess the tenants made.. ) I was so stressed out, These guys handled all of it and put it back to a useful space. Highly recommend Service Master Edmonton

We were very happy with the service we received. Jeremy and his team were great from the beginning. Harry took over and did a great job as well. We'd especially like to thank Gwen, Justin, Bernard, Lisa, Canessa, Aldrey, and Alwin. Their unpacking expertise was very appreciated and they were very efficient while being friendly and helpful. We didn't catch the name of the handyman who came by on the last day to finish the minor repairs, but he was also great. Would highly recommend this company.
