I recently had the pleasure of enjoying wings prepared by Chef Jared, which rank among the finest I have ever tasted. Service Masters Restoration is undoubtedly one of the best dining establishments in town.

I was in Home Depot and watched one of these guys completely go off and have a fit in one of these isles cause they didn’t have the saw he needed and like smacking stuff around and throwing a temper tantrum as a grown ass man, just an embarrassing look for this company. There is no need to be rude to somebody else cause you want to be, absolutely absurd, guy was prolly in his early 30s and had another guy similar age with him and it was like having second hand embarrassment for them.

While the job isn't done yet, the Service Master team has exceeded all my expectations. We called Service Master immediately when our sewer backed up. Service Master immediately assigned a project manager to our case, and showed up within an hour (I think it was 30 minutes, maybe less). The response time was excellent. Dave, the project manager, did an assessment on site and set our expectations right away. If I could honestly give them a negative rating I would. I have been affected by flood since January 2025 which affected both of the bathrooms in my home. Meanwhile, I have been living in the home during construction and renovation. Initially things were going well, however, 6 months later the job still isn’t done, shower is leaking on both corners, constructions debris all over, walls partially painted, furnace issues and carpet was never cleaned.
