People if your insurance company want you to use ServiceMaster I would suggest you not let them in your house. They started out great. They talked the talk… but they don’t walk the walk!!! once they were in my home that’s when everything went down hill. Right down to having to firmly ask them to stop yelling at me and it was over something they had to do but wanted to do it their way! They took 6 months to finish our basement ,only one guy on the job and went days without working . We did the hard work taking the sopping wet carpet and underlay out as well 4 feet high of drywall. The owner was rude still hasn’t given us a receipt.. Tried calling several times still haven’t got reply back . Carpet isn’t even tacked properly they were suppose to replace all cupboards and doors they just painted over them they still all swell on bottoms they put in wrong size drywall and a lot of mud can see the slop in wall... read more
