Robert newing showed up at my mom's after the wild fires and evacuation. When she returned home to find extensive flood damage Robert newing showed up and flipped out on my mom declaring false and uneducated information and even told her verbally he did not like her . This is a general manager talking to a elder unable to hold composure with a elder experiencing extreme hardship like that after being effected by wild fire and experienced flooding as well. Our experience with Service Master was excellent! Robert was quick to coordinate and expedited our water leak repair from our washer in a quick professional manner. He was easy to deal with and was always available. Special thanks to Peter for his restoration work on this project. He is a hard worker and was very meticulous. We enjoyed his humour :) We are so grateful to have our home back in order. Thankyou!

People if your insurance company want you to use ServiceMaster I would suggest you not let them in your house. They started out great. They talked the talk… but they don’t walk the walk!!! once they were in my home that’s when everything went down hill. Right down to having to firmly ask them to stop yelling at me and it was over something they had to do but wanted to do it their way!
