ServiceMaster Restore came to our rescue after a water hose from our washing machine burst and damaged our downstairs carpets. Josh Janssens arrived within an hour of our telephone call (at 8am on a Sunday), quickly assessed the damage, and had his crew there within another hour to start the drying process. We had a leak in our basement and used the insurance recommended company to complete the repairs. Adam was our contractor and was amazing. He was very thorough and attentive throughout the whole process. He was respectful of our property and ensured we were happy with everything before he left. We are very satisfied with the overall result and the care shown by the repair team at ServiceMaster and are looking forward to being able to use the basement again.

We had a flood in our bathroom and ServiceMaster scheduled us in quickly, which we really appreciated. Adam was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job restoring the washroom, it honestly looks even better than before. He took the time to walk us through what needed to be done and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Highly recommend!

We had a flood in our basement and Servicemaster was the remediation company our insurance sent to help. Alex was the first on site and he did a very comprehensive examination and report on the work required. Shane showed up next and did a great job getting rid of what water was left and bringing in fans and dehumidifiers. Shane was super friendly and very helpful. After our flood, I did not love the idea of getting services master coming in and fixing things. We had a bad experience 6 years ago, different house different flood. Alex put all my fears to rest! He is amazing, he took his time to explain everything to me. No question was a bad question. Lol we both know different!
