ServiceMaster Restore came to our rescue after a water hose from our washing machine burst and damaged our downstairs carpets. Josh Janssens arrived within an hour of our telephone call (at 8am on a Sunday), quickly assessed the damage, and had his crew there within another hour to start the drying process. Josh made all of the required arrangements, quickly got a quote to the insurance company, and scheduled the work to be done. We had a leak in our basement and used the insurance recommended company to complete the repairs. Adam was our contractor and was amazing. He was very thorough and attentive throughout the whole process. He was respectful of our property and ensured we were happy with everything before he left. We are very satisfied with the overall result and the care shown by the repair team at ServiceMaster and are looking forward to being able to use the basement again.

We had a flood in our bathroom and ServiceMaster scheduled us in quickly, which we really appreciated. Adam was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job restoring the washroom, it honestly looks even better than before. He took the time to walk us through what needed to be done and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Highly recommend!
