I had water damage in my kitchen from an appliance leak. After contacting my insurance company, I got in touch with ServiceMaster and Johnny (sr project manager) got the ball rolling. He laid out what had to be done to remove the damaged areas, do mold remediation and dry out the affected areas. The crew, Andrew and Brian, that did the work were top notch. We had a sump pump overflow in our basement that flooded the laundry room and the family room. ServiceMaster by Timeless was here that same evening cleaned up the water and left dehumidifiers and drying fans behind and followed up a few days later. Their service was great. Andrew and Bryan were very knowledgeable, very professional, and were tremendous help. They also connected with my insurance company and will be coming back to do Restoration work. I recommend them very highly.

Service Master serviced as the mitigation contractor for my insurance company. We recently had a water pipe that burst into our laundry room and water was everywhere. Their team came out and meticulously checked for water in the walls and flooring to prevent mold. Packed up our entire family room and put our furniture into a pod they ordered that was placed in our driveway.
