I had a water damage emergency and called ServiceMaster, and I’m so glad I did. Their technician, Saif, arrived quickly and got straight to work—he was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Heather from their office was absolutely the sweetest. She coordinated everything with my insurance adjuster and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated her kindness and communication throughout. Great team, great service—highly recommend!

I called this company to come and do the cleaning up for the fires which my home was in PASADENA. They were very clear and understanding as to what I wanted to get done. They did a great job. I’m happy with their job that they did and help me to cleaning up the fire from my home. I give them five stars and they were on time.
