Our water heater flooded our first floor. Service Master came here and did the demo work which included flood cutting the sheet rock, floor removal and treating for mold & mildew. Bertha and her team were top notch. Clean and professional. They did a pack out of my downstairs furniture and personal items and were very caring. Reconstruction handled by Service Master as well. Thanks to ServiceMaster, our house is on its way to recovery from a terrible water leak that occurred over a holiday weekend and damaged multiple rooms of our house. Tony responded immediately on July 4 and had an emergency crew in the house with drying equipment within hours. We just finished up with Tony and his wonderful team at ServiceMaster. We had pipe burst in our apartment while we were out of town on vacation. Tony from the beginning was helpful, honest, responsive, and organized. He and his team got their equipment on site right away, were consistent about checking on the progress of the job, and never got flustered by our many, many questions and concerns. Having a huge amount of damage & loss due to a washing machine flood was horrible, but thankfully it didn’t become a complete nightmare because an excellent remediation company was recommended! ServiceMaster Restore by Complete was timely, thorough, communicative and extremely professional. They not only dried the entire area, they then removed all flooring, lower walls with water damage, disinfected the area and even hauled it away. Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. He was attentive, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, so there were no surprises. He cleaned everything meticulously and made sure the job was completed perfectly. He also ensured all materials were removed and the space was left spotless. Highly recommend his services!
