I own a two-floor condo rental property in Perth Amboy, NJ. There was a pipe burst behind the wall on the second floor of my unit which caused extensive flooding on both floors. The laminate flooring, ceiling between floors, walls, kitchen countertop and all the cabinets were totally destroyed. I was introduced to Bill by contractor connect . He was at my home by the next morning after a bad experience with another company . He assigned Benuvi on site and Michael as project manager . Bertha began the extensive demo with a great team with kindness and compassion , always with respect for my home . The ongoing communication with these two men exceeded all expectations ! When my home was impacted by a flash flood, I contacted Servicemaster for remediation services. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would like to give special shout out to Mike Ziemba who efficiently handled the coordination of the repairs and to Ruben Delgado for his outstanding craftsmanship. Any project delays were through no fault of Servicemaster, but strictly through insurance delays. 5 stars is not nearly enough. I would give them all the starts in the sky! Joe, Eddie, and the Service Master team showed up promptly after an emergency of the basement flooding and did a great job cleaning up including testing moisture levels. They were respectful, friendly, and very neat. The crew even provided guidance on how to properly work with insurance and carefully explained the process of restoration. We highly recommend them for instances such as ours. Thank you!
