What a roller-coaster ride with this company. Day one they come out and everything seems great. Then the site manager leaves. For the next 2 days theres no communication even though I was told they'd be back the next day and I burned a work day. They next 5 days was met with confusion and lack of communication. Two guys came during this time but didn't know the job or the previous crews process. Showed up with 1 truck which wasnt enough to remove even half of the material damage. Service Master was recommended to us by Statefarm insurance after my Mom had water damage to her laminate floors in living room and dining room. The State Island team of Mike Z, Benuvi, Kaylee and their staff were a pleasure to work with. From the demolition to reconstruction the damage was cleaned up, walls cut and floor repaired, painted and boxes put back.
