The Service Master team lead by Joe Ward and assisted by Jim and Vinny were very responsive, respectful, and thoughtful in addressing my ice damming caused crisis. They worked diligently to ID and contain the problem and initiate the process of restoration. Vinny, Carlos & Mark: Worked on restoration from water. All professional, skilled & thoughtful during an extremely difficult circumstance. They worked with me and were accommodating to my situation. They were polite and respectful. They answered ALL of my questions and concerns. Everything was explained and completed as said. They left everything clean and manageable given the conditions created.
Vinnie and Mike arrived right on time and did a great job cleaning the ducts. They were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They even showed me before and after pictures as they worked. I highly recommend this company.
