ServiceMaster was the general contractor for a renovation of my home in 2024. Principal was attentive to subs, architect, details, creative, knowledgeable, and responsive to me in person and online. Principal had good contacts with trades necessary to do the work and arranged things seamlessly. He also was aware of town bldg. requirements, regs., and statutes. Crew was highly skilled, polite, attentive to detail, respectful of the property, and cleaned up at the end of every day.
I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for anyone who is looking to get their mold remediated! The two gentlemen who came for the job were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did great work - a contractor came to do some work in our attic afterwards and commented on how well of a job ServiceMaster did with the remediation.
These days I called Service Master to help me with the disaster I had in my house and I can say that they saved my life, without a doubt I would call them again.
