ServiceMaster came within hours of us calling them. They stayed late into the evening on the first day in order to get a good start on drying out our house after a major water leak that happened while we were on vacation. They did a great job drying out the house. Nathanial made sure that all affected areas of the house were dry. In addition, he was very friendly and showed sincere empathy toward us and our situation.
They did a great job taking care of my water issue. They have another division that does the flooring. We had some small issues, but they were all worked out and my kitchen floor looks fantastic.

September 27, 2024, worst day of my life. Hurricane Helene hit Florida, but the powerful winds made it way to my house in Ohio. A large tree branch fell and cause severe damage to my roof, sliding, gutters and it took my electrical box out to the point that my basement flooded without the electricity to run my sump pump.
