Outstanding Weekend Water-Damage Support We had a water-damage emergency late at night on a weekend, and Fazel from ServiceMaster responded within minutes. He and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and urgency during a very stressful situation. I came across ServiceMaster when the toilet in our master bathroom leaked and water penetrated the underlying wood panel surrounding the toilet all the way down to a small section of our kitchen ceiling. I can say I had nothing but a highly satisfying experience with Fazel and his team. Fazel took my call the same day the water damage happened and came to our home within just a couple of hours of the incident happening to assess the damage. Service Master, specifically Fazel was amazing! I had contacted another company first but Fazel was able to get there hours before the other company. I was very upset about the damage done to my home and when Fazel arrived he could not have been more empathetic and kind. Him and his team were all were very efficient and got the job done quickly while still answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Service Master to anyone dealing with a major flood in their home!
