Fazel is amazing! He communicated clearly throughout the entire water damage restoration process, explaining every step along the way — from initial assessment through daily monitoring to final dry-out. He was responsive, professional, and made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. The team completed mitigation within a week and the property was confirmed dry.
