I came across ServiceMaster earlier this year and have been working directly with Fazel ever since. As a property manager, I’ve partnered with ServiceMaster on several jobs, and each time I know I can count on Fazel and his team - especially in emergency situations. They are consistently communicative, reliable, and professional. Tenants have also given great feedback, noting how respectful and courteous his team is which is a relief for me.

I had a truly exceptional experience with Fazel at Service Master Restoration by Spotless. Initially, I called them after receiving a shockingly high quote (nearly $4000!) from another company for mold remediation and bathtub removal at my rental property. Service Master has done another excellent job in my home! Every time I have called on them I have been impressed with their work! When I called about mold in my shower they expertly cleaned the area and built a containment to prevent mold spores from spreading through my house. They are prompt, professional, and thorough!
