This company came within one hour of us calling them on Palm Sunday at 5:30 in the evening and stayed at least 4.5 hours to make sure our flooded 3 bedroom home was safe from the walls soaking up water and getting more mold before the Insurance adjuster came 3 days later!! I was out of town and came home to an apartment with water. The water heater broke and water was on the carpet and also damaged my neighbor apartment. I called and they were at my apartment right away. They are doing such an amazing job I am very impressed with their work. I hope that if anyone has a problem like this please don’t hesitate to call them they are there to help and very professional. They answer all your question you may have and go step by step what they are going to do.
Service Master provided outstanding service. Returning from a trip to find our wood floors and walls damaged by water, we called Service Master. Caesar and Eddie promptly arrived and assessed the damage. Our floors were saved due to the treatment they recommended. Cesar Chimely does an excellent job.Had water damage restoration done.He dried,dehumidified and replaced drywall and base boards. Custom kitchen cabinets were also replaced.
