We had Napoleon, Jose, Caleb, Oscar and Justin complete the demo for our walls, remove the mold and get it ready for prep for restoration. They were all so polite, respectful of our home and so efficient. They arrived when they said and finished when promised if not earlier. Would definitely use this company again if we got these some resources. 5 Stars for sure!!!!
Napoleon and his crew of Caleb, Oscar, and Justin were very professional. Clearly laid out the process before hand, arrived on time, work was clean, and worked around our work schedules. Would definitely hire again.
UPDATE #2. I see Service Master replied below. Talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words. They had multiple opportunities to address reasonable concerns and chose not to. I would not use them again. UPDATE. I am changing this 5+ star review to a 2-star review. We had a flood in our house that required 1) remediation to tear out the damaged house materials and 2) reconstruction to rebuild it - drywall, cabinets, etc. We used Service Master for both and highly recommend them for #1, but we highly do NOT recommend them ... read more
The crew (Carlos, Julio, Simon, Shane & Tim) did a great job doing my post smoke incident clean up. They were all very nice, courteous and efficient. I was very happy with the results!!
UPDATE. I am changing this 5+ star review to a 2-star review.
