What a roller-coaster ride with this company. Day one they come out and everything seems great. Then the site manager leaves. For the next 2 days theres no communication even though I was told they'd be back the next day and I burned a work day. They next 5 days was met with confusion and lack of communication. Two guys came during this time but didn't know the job or the previous crews process. Showed up with 1 truck which wasnt enough to remove even half of the material damage. Service Master was recommended to us by Statefarm insurance after my Mom had water damage to her laminate floors in living room and dining room. The State Island team of Mike Z, Benuvi, Kaylee and their staff were a pleasure to work with. From the demolition to reconstruction the damage was cleaned up, walls cut and floor repaired, painted and boxes put back. Service master was a life saver. After my pipes burst from the cold and my basement flooded they arrived to save the day. First with their draining and drying equipment. Next the clean up crew came and eliminated everything that wasnt salvagable and worked with me on what could be kept. They worked around my busy schedule and kept me updated on every step. God forbid anything else happens but if it does they will be my first call.
