Got them thru my insurance cause of a roof leak back in March. At first I was thrilled as they were prompt and friendly. Then it turned into a disaster! They started drying my home without even tarping the roof (they said cause it was metal but my friends husband did restoration work with servpro and he said they make hooks for those!)
