I had an unexpected water leak and was recommended by my insurance company to get a team out there, I called a few places who weren't able to get to me the day of and randomly found this company on Google and I am so THANKFUL I did. Daryl showed up at 7pm that night to inform me what was going on and what to expect and the next day bright and early the team was there and took care of everything, I felt like I didn't even have to think or stress about the situation because of how great they were.

Darrell and his crew were awesome. They were always on time and worked hard to get us back to a place we could function. Alecia was great at coordinating services and communicating with us. I will miss talking with her! Extra shout out to Cam for going under our house into a very low crawl space!! Overall we could not have ask for a better group!

This is a terrific group of professionals. They kept me informed throughout the process, were extremely thorough, and did a phenomenal job. They kept every appointment on time and answered every question. They certainly made this unexpected catastrophe in my home a lot easier to deal With. I recommend them 100%!

I cannot say enough good about the service provided to me. I am a single mom and we had a pipe burst. We did not know what to do, but thankfully Darrell and the crew at Service Masters came to the rescue! They were kind, courteous, professional and prompt. They helped make sure the water was off, located the leak immediately and took immediate action to get the water dried up. They came every day to check on the progress and ensure things were dry.
