I had the pleasure of working with Stacey recently and I could not be more impressed with the results. We recently purchased a new house and the upstairs smelled of an awful pet odor. I could smell it the second I walked in the door. Stacey came and performed a neutralizing treatment that knocked out 99% of the problem. He even came back and performed an additional treatment on the carpet (at no additional charge) because I thought I still smelled a tiny bit of the odor in my two daughters bedroom. I would absolutely use this company again! The smell is GONE. We for sure thought we were going to have to rip out the carpets and padding underneath. Thank you, Stacey for a job well done!
