These guys were grand! From the initial response when my water heater exploded at 830pm on a Saturday night to the regular communication during the entire mitigation process. Would 100% recommend & absolutely will call for any future needs!

Danny Printz was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for me, he was not able to do the inspection because of bureaucracy beyond his control. Hopefully this will get fixed on Tuesday.

Service Masters crew was amazing. They were very patient with my 84 year old mother and explained everything they were doing after water damaged to her home. They left nothing behind when they were completed. Cassey and Lily also helped me by explaining the insurance company process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a restoration company.

I am incredibly grateful for Collin, Danny, Jordan, Chazz, and Larry of ServiceMaster in Klamath Falls. They came really quickly and thoroughly mitigated the damage from my recent flood. They are professional and fast; they are supportive, kind, and reassuring. They facilitated communication with my insurance company, completed their work efficiently, and made what could’ve been a really overwhelming situation go really smoothly.
