Danny Printz was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately for me, he was not able to do the inspection because of bureaucracy beyond his control. Hopefully this will get fixed on Tuesday.
Service Masters crew was amazing. They were very patient with my 84 year old mother and explained everything they were doing after water damaged to her home. They left nothing behind when they were completed. Cassey and Lily also helped me by explaining the insurance company process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a restoration company.
I am incredibly grateful for Collin, Danny, Jordan, Chazz, and Larry of ServiceMaster in Klamath Falls. They came really quickly and thoroughly mitigated the damage from my recent flood. They are professional and fast; they are supportive, kind, and reassuring. They facilitated communication with my insurance company, completed their work efficiently, and made what could’ve been a really overwhelming situation go really smoothly.
We're almost done with the restoration of our house damage from the fire and I can say that except for the fire damage, working with Larry and Danny, including their employees, has been a pleasant experience. This company was so professional.They arrived on time with big smiles on their faces. The water damaged cabinet was removed and the flooring was removed in the kitchen, hallway and the dining room, plus a lower part of a wall was removed. I also have 130 plants and they made sure to use extra precautions so they were all unharmed by pulling out the humidity where the damaged flooring was with water damage.
