Most of the time they won’t return our phone calls. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone at this company. They can’t tell me how much stuff they have of mine and they can’t tell me where it’s at or which rooms it came out of most disorganized bunch of people I’ve ever seen.

We worked with SRM recently when our house had a slab leak. This company was extremely professional & great to work with. Sean had great communication and helped to answer all our questions. Definitely went out of his way to ensure we were happy & up to date. We would definitely work with SRM again in the future, thank you so much!

ServiceMaster Recovery Management were excellent in their communication, inspection and execution of helping with our water damage. Josh Quinones specifically was a pleasure to deal with, helping my wife and I understand the situation as we are new home owners and assist with what is needed and what next steps were. He was always available to take my call and answered any and all questions. Super happy to work with them and would recommend them to anyone.

ServiceMaster did an excellent job getting approval from my insurance company and drying our bathroom walls. The recommended a contractor to replace the drywall after completing their remediation work.
