The staff at service master are incompetent! I The staff were to arrive at my home at 11:00am and did not arrive or call. I called at 11:30 asking if there was a problem. The staff confused my name, phone number, and address with someone else in their computer system and told me they would arrive ASAP and were sorry for the mix up. Four hours later, the staff did not show up! I called service master again and was told there was a mix up and I would need to re-schedule!
