I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ServiceMaster. I was referred to them through my insurance company after a house fire, and during an already stressful and overwhelming time, I expected better support and communication. The manager did come out initially to complete the assessment, but after that there was a major lack of follow-up. The removal of damaged sheet rock and insulation was done in a very careful process by your technicians. They worked straight though the day with just one break. I was struck by their combined attitude that insured a successful outcome. Josh and Vinny are truely professional at their job.
